More Telehealth Advocacy

As you know, AAPi has been campaigning hard directly with many government representatives and decision makers, and also via the media, to advocate for the continuation of telehealth and to see the MBS rebate increased.

Last night, AAPi board member Betty Chetcuti was interviewed on 2GB, which aired in NSW, Queensland and ACT, to call for action to be urgently taken. The result is an interview and article that you can listen to and read here: https://www.2gb.com/podcast/psychological-telehealth-a-lifeline-worth-keeping/

We continue to give voice to the issues affecting all psychologists in Australia. Over the weekend, AAPi also featured in major newspaper articles about the continuation of telehealth, and we know that this is agitating the right people. In our previous media campaigns we have seen this directly result in changes in legislation, and we won't stop.
